Urgent Message

One of PinkNotes® Plus' many features is the counter box message notifier. When this message type option is selected, the counter box will appear and play a user-designated sound* whenever a message is received over the network. It will also display the number of unread messages in the user's mailbox. The color and state (steady or flashing) will indicate the urgency of waiting messages.

*NOTE: The sound will activate on PC's equipped with a sound card and speakers or PC speaker, when sound capability is selected.
